Here's All You Need To Know
When does it start?
The challenge starts on March 17th.
How long is the challenge?
The challenge will end on the 29th of March.
What is the theme/structure of the challenge?
The challenge is structured to be 6 days on, 1 day off. The first 6 days will focus more on the front splits, the last 6 days on the middle splits. There will be a variety of different classes spanning:
Active Mobility & Strength Building: To support your joints.
Isometrics: contracting muscles in a stretched position to build strength and support in our depth.
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): contracting and releasing muscles against a resistance to increase depth.
Yin: to target the fascia (connective tissue around our muscles).
How long will the classes be?
This challenge is designed to fit into your busy schedule so all classes are around 30 minutes.
What is the level?
These classes are all levels and designed to meet you at whatever stage of your journey you are in.
Will the challenge remain available after?
The answer is yes :) always.
