How can I reset my password?

navigate to the login page, click on "Forgot Password?" or "Send Instructions," enter the email address associated with your account, and then check your inbox for a password reset link fromnoreply@uscreen.io to complete the process.

What is included in a membership?

All memberships include unlimited access to all videos from our catalog + new videos posted each week + Monthly Live Classes

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, to manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
